January 11 – "Winter Wonderland" Dance. Music by Miller & Mark from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. Blue & White Dress Attire Preferred. Table decorating "Winter Wonderland" theme contest. Smaller decorations are appreciated so every one can view. HOA members $5.00 per person. Non-members $7.00 per person. Tickets go on sale December 4 & 18 and January 8, 2025.

December 31 – New Year's Eve Party. Music by Nunes At Night from 8:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. $25.00 per person. Champagne Toast & Hor D'oeuvres which include shrimp, meatballs, cheese platter, fruit, chips and pretzels for each table. Tickets on sale December 4, 11 and 18.

December 17 – Christmas Home Tour. 5:45 p.m. Meet in the Main Clubhouse. Please sign up in the Main Clubhouse to be a hostess to show your home or a visitor who tours the homes. $2.00 per person collected at the door. Please bring a flashlight. Hot Chocolate & Cookies after the tour.

December 15 – Christmas Brunch Potluck at 10:00 a.m. Music by Kris Pierce. Please bring a dish to pass that will serve 10-12 people; H OA will provide mimosas, tea, coffee, orange juice, plates and silverware. Sign up in the Clubhouse.

December 11 – Christmas Luncheon. Serving at Noon or 5:00 p.m. Serving Chicken Parm, Pasta, Salad, Roll & Butter and Dessert. Iced Tea & Lemonade will be provided. $5.00 per person which wil be refunded when you show up. Tickets go on sale November 13, 20 and 27.

December 7 – HOA Christmas Dinner Dance. Serving at Noon & 5:30 p.m. Choice of Prime Rib or Ham, Baked Potato, Veggies, Salad, Roll & Butter and Dessert. Iced Tea & Lemonade will be provided. Noon seating dinner only. Five-thirty seating includes dinner & dance. Music by Jesse Derringer at 7:00 p.m. HOA MEMBERS ONLY! $5.00 per person which will be refunded when you show up. Tickets go on sale November 6, 13 and 20. You can attend either the noon or 5:30 p.m. dinner only. Not Both!

December 3 – Luminaries, Golf Cart Parade, Caroling. Luminaries at 6:30 p.m. Golf Cart Parade line up at 6:45 p.m. Signup sheets in the Main Clubhouse for Luminaries and the Golf Cart Parade. Hot Chocolate & Cookies after the Golf Cart Parade. Caroling at the fireplace.

November 28 – Thanksgiving Dinner Potluck at 3:00 p.m. HOA provides Turkey, Gravy, Cranberry Sauce Rolls, Butter, Iced tea and Lemonade. BYOB! please sign-up in the main clubhouse so we know how many are coming and what you are bringing. Please bring a dish to pass that will serve 10 - 12 people.

November 17 – Meet & Greet from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. All residents are welcome. New residents are encouraged to participate to see what activities are available in the community.
